the beginning

I've opened up blogspot and flickr accounts to alleviate my frustration with iweb. Don't get me wrong. I love Apple, but along with few pesty features, iweb has proved not to be very universal. My website looks fine in Safari, but it just does not look "right" in Explorer, not to mention that both flickr and blogspot accounts are free.^^

"Two and a quarter," also known as 6x6, is my favoriate format in film (medium format) photography. There is something about a perfect square. I think it's cute. Unfortunately, I mostly shoot with my digital camera these days. Digital is so versatile and provides an instant gratification. However, one of my new year's resolution was to play more with film cameras...especially with my Rollei TLR. Wish me luck!

*The picture was taken by Huy from f8 Studio in Oct. last year (2007). This is our (B and I) favorite, even though our faces are covered up. We had a ball! The picture represents the beginning of a new stage in my life, as it does for this blog.
